What a find, I didn't know you could go directly to a dental laboratory! I needed a partial lower denture made and as we holiday in the area, I decided to ask them to help. From the very first visit I was made to feel relaxed (I always feel ashamed of my teeth as I have neglected them badly over my 60+ years) and comfortable. Mark and Phillipa make a good team together, always accommodating with regard to appointments, fitting them around our visits to Bedale. After years of wearing ill-fitting partials (from elsewhere), I finally plucked up the courage to phone Orchard Dental Laboratory. Best decision I ever made.

From the first initial phone call Mark went out of his way to help me, I was down depressed, lacked confidence and had been for many years.

Mark works alongside his wife Philippa, they make an excellent team. They made me feel at ease from the offset, so welcoming greet you with a warm smile, ask after you, you’re not treated as just a patient your treated as much more 😀

After numerous appointments I’ve eventually got a lovely set of teeth where I can smile with confidence, I sent a photo to my children who for 25 years have never seen me smile their comments are as follow

- Look really really good
- Mums teeth look better than mine and hers are false
- so when can we have a family photo with mum in it
