The Silensor-SL device is a pair of custom fitted, comfortable plastic mouldings shaped to fit your teeth which are slipped into your mouth at bedtime. The top and bottom sections of The Silensor-SL are connected at the sides by short plastic links which have the effect of pulling your lower jaw forward and keeping your airways open - stopping the snoring.
