The Silensor-SL device is a pair of custom fitted, comfortable plastic mouldings shaped to fit their teeth which are slipped into their mouth at bedtime. The top and bottom sections of The Silensor-SL are connected at the sides by short plastic links which have the effect of pulling their lower jaw forward and keeping their airways open - stopping the snoring.
